PECHINCHA MOUNTAIN

Welcome to the "Monte da Pechincha" estate. Nestled in the heart of the Alentejo region, 1.5 hours from Lisbon, the estate is located in the city of Estremoz. The estate, which was in ruins, was restored in 2009. The house has remained in the traditional spirit of typical houses of the Alentejo region with all the necessary comfort.

We have put a lot of love and energy into renovating this little corner of paradise in which our family has flourished for two generations.

5 minutes from the tower of the Estremoz castle and its shops, in the Serra d'Ossa, in a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees, with a view of the vineyards, we are convinced that you will spend a moment of relaxation and change of scenery at the Monte da Pechincha estate.

The estate has many activities for the very young to the very old - outdoor games, heated swimming pool, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, buggies (rides on request), jet skis (on request; depending on the climate), walks, treatments around well-being and around water, tastings of local products and new in 2025 we are opening a small "loja" in the estate to allow you to taste wines from some of our neighboring winegrowers.

Our family guesthouse will allow you to discover an authentic region of Portugal rich in both its taste heritage and its traditional festivals. Estremoz is renowned for its traditional art of "Bonecos d'Estremoz" classified as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. The song of Cante Alentejano is also classified and can be heard in some restaurants or local festivals. We will stay by your side during your stay to help you discover the rich heritage of our dear Alentejo.
